How many dogs will you board at one time?
We only book one client with a max of two dogs from that household per booking. We do not double book! Each Pupcation is unique and tailored to the dogs needs. This ensures each dog receives our undivided attention.
what is your cancellation policy?
We do not have a cancellation policy! Life happens clients can cancel at anytime with no penalty.
what if my dog runs off?
While this is highly unlikely we do mitigate this risk by attaching a GPS tracker on the dogs collar.
What if my dog is sick or injured during their pupcation?
We will always air on the side of caution and will seek veterinary care and contact the owner immediately. We are fully insured and will cover any costs associated with the injury that occurred during our care.
How long will photo albums be avaliable?
Albums from the Pupcation are not removed, clients are able to access, share and download copies as often as they choose
